Core motivations
Don't do hidden work. Get stuff out of your head. Share before it feels ready. Practice iterating over the space of ideas. Kill your babies. Cannibalise your babies. Mould your old babies into new babies.

We've been brewing projects for a while now, and some of them have undoubtedly been cooking a bit too long. We wanted to make 2024 a year to unblock, to go directly from impulse to action. What better way than to set ourselves a challenge to make, and make and make - to build, design, refactor and iterate.
The basic idea is that we produce 10 things in 10 months (libs, projects, apps, tools, etc) but it's a pretty loose goal - for instance we don't expect to publish 1 thing month exactly, and it may end up being more than 10. Most of these projects will get killed - we can't invest deeply in all of them when the experiment ends, so we'll pick a few to continue, maybe keep a few more on the back burner.
